About us

Find out about our origins, deep-rooted values, and global network – and how they help us fly high for our clients.

Our story

Founded in 2019, Altitude provides reliable line maintenance services around the world. Based in Dublin, Ireland, we’re an independently regulated company operating within the EU framework.

Rooted in operational reliability, the business is built on 25 years’ aircraft maintenance experience and born out of UK-based Altitude Global. As we look to the skies, we plan to always prioritise our people and grow with purpose.

Our core values

Our origins, deep-rooted values, and meticulous approach to quality and safety help us fly high for our clients – in Europe and around the world.

  • Quality is at the heart of all we do – and it’s what we’re known for. We strive to deliver the best work for our clients, meeting the highest standards every time.

  • For us, safety isn’t about ticking boxes. It’s an essential mindset we choose to protect our people, our partners, and the aircrafts we service.

  • Our people are our greatest asset. We respect them, support them, and invest in their futures, with a focus on fairness and valuing their hard work and loyalty.

  • We’re agile and responsive, flexing to suit our clients’ needs, adapting to the demands of high-pressure environments, and moving fast to get the job done.

  • We’re proud of every detail – from exceptional customer service to comprehensive inspections. Precision and professionalism underpin every action we take.

Uncompromising quality

Our quality assurance team goes above and beyond – so our clients can too. We follow a robust and rigorous quality assurance framework, which is embedded across the business. It’s actively supported by staff at every level to ensure we’re always compliant, accountable, and achieving high standards.

This means we’re always adhering to EU regulation EASA Part 145 – so we can carry out line maintenance on aircraft registered in any EU member state. And we have foreign approvals from various national aviation authorities, including the UK CAA, TCCA and GCAA.

Safety first, always

Our dedicated safety team is tasked with ensuring and maintaining compliance, using our safety management system – a key requirement under EASA Part 145. It’s their job to uphold each safety standard expected of us as an approved maintenance organisation.
