Agency services

Non-destructive testing (NDT)

Our NDT service, overseen by the IAA and EASA, uses advanced techniques and specialised equipment to assess the integrity of aircraft materials, components, and systems without causing any damage. We offer AOG response and scheduled inspections, carried out by our dedicated NDT teams in Dublin and Brussels, including:

  • Eddy current testing

  • Liquid penetrant inspection

  • Magnetic particle inspection

  • Infrared thermography, including pulse thermography

  • Ultrasonic testing, including phased array
