Welcome to Altitude

With a culture built on trust, professionalism, and loyalty, there’s a strong sense of responsibility and accountability at every level of the business. Many of our team members have been with us for years, some for decades. This highlights how we treat our people – with respect and fairness, no matter their experience or time with the company.

  • We’re committed to seeing your career take off and soar. Whether you’re a contractor or permanent team member, you receive access to regular, up-to-date EASA Part 145 training, including human factors, EWIS, and fuel tank safety.

We’re currently working towards EASA Part 147 training approval. In the meantime, we team up with trusted external partners to support our operational needs and employees’ professional development.

  • At Altitude, you can be confident you’ll always have the right tools, training, and processes in place to do your job safely and effectively. Our dedicated safety team, supported by senior leadership, uses a robust safety management system – a key requirement under EASA Part 145 – to uphold safety standards every day.

  • Whether you’re based at one of our 13 line stations or pitching in on a short-term project, you’re guaranteed ongoing support from our head office team. From logistics and clear briefings to operational back-up when you need it, we make sure everyone on-site is properly resourced and taken care of.

  • Altitude is an established and proven business delivering essential services that matter. And you can be part of it. Working with us means joining a reliable team of experts to support some of Europe’s most time-sensitive cargo and passenger operations.

Our staff build effective relationships, work collaboratively with others, and are empowered to make decisions – always driving towards the same goal of being the most trusted partner in aviation line maintenance.

  • We have a flexible, contractor-friendly approach. That includes always paying our teams on time, and recognising the importance of trust, clarity, and consistency in every engagement.
